By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of Your Spray Paints, you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.
Age
It is a criminal offence to knowingly sell aerosol paint to anyone under the age of 16. By purchasing from this website using a credit or debit card, you confirm that you are over 18, or are not acting on behalf of someone under 18.
Goods
Specifications and technical details may be updated at any time due to our continuous product improvement programme.
All colours displayed on this website are for guidance only. Digital screens, human eyesight, ambient lighting, and manufacturing tolerances can all influence perceived colour. All mixed paints are custom-filled products produced to manufacturer swatches within acceptable delta tolerances. As such, the final colour may differ slightly from how it appears on screen. No responsibility is accepted for colour variation once used.
Professional Use of Hazardous Goods
Many of our products – including paint aerosols, solvents, primers, activators and other pressurised or flammable items – are classified as UN Dangerous Goods under ADR and the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009.
These products are intended for professional or competent use only.
By purchasing from our website, you confirm that:
- You understand the correct handling, preparation and application methods for these products.
- You will use them in accordance with all manufacturer instructions, technical data sheets, and UK safety regulations.
- You accept responsibility for safe use, appropriate PPE, ventilation and disposal.
Availability
All colours and products are generally available as we mix orders fresh. In the unlikely event an item becomes unavailable when preparing your order, we will contact you immediately.
Prices
Prices are shown in GBP and are payable in full at the time of order.
Ordering
Proceeding from the payment screen constitutes your offer to purchase. We will supply goods subject to availability and confirm acceptance of your order by email.
If you need assistance when ordering, contact us on 0800 530 0375 or email customerservice@yourspraypaints.com.
Payment
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is both correct and one where someone will be available to receive the goods.
Because many of our products are hazardous and pressurised (UN Dangerous Goods), they must legally be shipped using a tracked, controlled delivery service, often requiring handover at the door.
Safe Place Requests – Driver Discretion Only
While you may request a ‘safe place‘ for delivery, this is not guaranteed.
For hazardous goods:
- Safe-place deliveries can only be made at the courier driver’s discretion.
- The location must be deemed secure, compliant and suitable for storing dangerous goods.
- If the driver does not consider the safe place appropriate, they must not leave the goods.
These requirements are part of UK dangerous-goods transport law and cannot be overridden.
Delivery Attempts
Our couriers provide:
- Full GPS-verified tracking
- Time-stamped delivery attempts
- Delivery cards or electronic notifications
- Images or recipient confirmation where applicable
If the customer is unavailable:
- The courier will attempt delivery again (at least once)
- The parcel may be held at a local depot for collection
- Redelivery charges may apply
Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided, as required by UK contract law and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns Policy
Your Spray Paints supplies both ‘off-the-shelf‘ and ‘custom-filled‘ products.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds outside 14 days of purchase for ‘off-the-shelf’ items.
Returns of ‘custom-filled‘ aerosols or bespoke mixed products are handled differently due to their tailored nature and legal restrictions on shipping dangerous goods.
Your Spray Paints have the right to refuse any refunds or replacements if canisters have had excessive use, meaning if more than 10% of the paint has been used. We allow a certain amount for testing however if more than 10% is used the customer is accepting the products.
Your Spray Paints reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the customer does not provide the required information or images needed to carry out technical checks and verify any reported fault or error.
Your Spray Paints provides two main types of products:
(a) Off the Shelf Products
(b) Custom Filled Bespoke Products
- Returns, replacement or refunds for our Off the Shelf products:
We will replace or refund faulty or damaged items once tested and verified. Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- Returns, replacement or refunds for our Custom Filled Bespoke Products:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made goods are not eligible for cancellation or refund once produced.
Therefore:
- Custom-filled aerosols cannot be refunded
- However, if verified as faulty, we will replace them promptly
- Returns are at the customer’s expense
- Items must not be altered or excessively used (no more than 10% use permitted for testing)
Damaged or Defective Goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective, inform us as soon as possible with your order number and details. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the value once the goods are returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
