DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery UK
- Express Delivery UK
- International Delivery
Standard Delivery UK
Our normal service is standard delivery which delivers your product within 3-5 working days. This allows 24-48 hours for our colour technicians to complete a fresh mix and complete your custom filled spray paint order and then to send the order out with our business courier. The courier will usually deliver within 24-48 hours, so a normal total of around 3-5 working days should be expected. These terms are based upon normal times and are subject to change if things like COVID19 and lockdown occur.
We are proud that during lockdown 2020 we have still managed to achieve the standard delivery times. We always try to expedite delivery performance, we will always try to get a standard delivery to you as soon as possible. The service is a full track and trace which is important for both parties to ensure goods are delivered on time and to location.
The cost of our Standard Delivery is £6.95+vat.
Express Delivery
Our express service ensures you get your goods within 24-48 hours. Our Factory production runs 7am-7pm. So this service ensures we have 24 hours to mix and complete your order and our courier has 24 hours to deliver. However please note that larger or complex orders can take the full 24 hours to complete, where as smaller orders can be done within a few hours.
Therefore any order with Express Delivery placed before 1.00pm will jump to the top of the queue and will be done as quickly as possible, many times on the same day. The order then leaves with our courier on a fully track and sign 24 hour delivery, which means in many cases if you order before 1.00pm you will get your package the next working day. If you order after 1.00pm or have a larger or complex order you will receive your package the following day.
We are proud this service allows freshly mix paint goods to be delivered in a very short time frame and we have a 99% in-time ratio.
If you order express delivery and is not a large or complex order and for whatever reason our courier does not deliver to you in-time we will refund the difference between Express and Standard service. Please email customerservice@yourspraypaints.com in this event.
Weekends and bank holidays are not included in this service.
The cost of our Express Delivery service is £12.50+vat.
International Delivery
We can offer an International Delivery Service to EU as well as globally, however please note that due to Aerosol goods being deemed ‘hazardous’, some areas are harder to deliver to.
Due to International shipping regulations and costs we suggest that unless you are ordering more than 250+ Aerosol cans, we would suggest you try to source your goods locally. We will look at each order case-by-case depending upon the destination and quantities ordered.

Delivery attempts, failed deliveries and re-booking
We use reputable courier services to deliver all orders, whom do to the type of product, require customers to sign to receive. Customers are therefore responsible for ensuring someone (over 18yrs old) is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available to accept the parcel, the courier will normally:

Attempt delivery again, or
-
Leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collection.
If the courier attempts delivery and leaves instructions but the recipient does not arrange redelivery or collection, the parcel will be returned to us by the courier.
Returned parcels are held in our logistics department for 30 days from the date they are received back from the courier. After this period the goods may be recycled or disposed of in accordance with UK waste regulations, due to the nature of the bespoke products.
How to arrange redelivery or avoid problems
If you would like us to resend the order after it has been returned due to failed delivery attempts, a new delivery charge will apply. This is because the courier charges for both the original delivery attempts and the return shipment.
Customers may request redelivery within the 30-day holding period by contacting our customer service team.
We recommend arranging delivery to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, such as:

A workplace

A neighbour
-
A trusted safe location (where permitted by the courier)
Please note that for aerosol paint deliveries, leaving parcels in a safe place is at the driver’s discretion due to transport safety requirements.
Courier Errors
If delivery fails due to an error by the courier (for example the parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located), please contact us immediately.
We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution.
Delivery Instructions
If you have provided delivery instructions (for example requesting the parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place) and you believe these instructions were not followed, please retain any confirmation of those instructions and contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Custom Mixed Products
Many of our products are custom mixed to order. Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be cancelled once production has started.
